    COMPLAINT UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT 
    If the product has been damaged in transit or does not correspond to your order, please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please email us a photo of the packaging (with label visible) and the product received, clearly showing the product defect.

    We will deal with your complaint as a matter of priority and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    TERMINATION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
    You can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery. You must return the product and have the option of requesting a replacement with another product or a refund of the product value.

    The product you wish to return must be undamaged, in its original packaging and with all included accessories. Otherwise your application will be rejected or only partially processed.

    Before sending the product back, please check: the order confirmation or the invoice you received from us by email if you purchased the product in our online shop. If you send a product that you did not purchase from our online store, we are not responsible for your mistake and will not return your package.

    You have 14 days from the date you sent your request to return the product to us:

    We recommend that you send your package via a courier service with a delivery certificate. If the package is lost, we can resolve your claim based on proof of delivery and tracking number.

    The sender bears the shipping costs; we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

    Once your return has been received by the complaints department, a new product will be sent to you within 8 working days or the purchase price will be refunded.

    List of items for which withdrawal from purchase is restricted or not possible:

    Cleaning agents, polishing pastes, ...: The product can only be returned if the protective film/seal has not been removed, opened and used.
    Swimwear, underwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.
    E-Book: The e-Book is intellectual property and cannot be returned (transferred or copied) in any way, therefore it is not possible to replace or refund the purchase price for this item.
    Set, multi-part products: A partial return of individual products from the set is not possible. Your MysteryBox application will only be accepted and billed if you return the entire contents of the box.
    Gift: No complaints are possible for products that you receive as a gift.
    Other demands that are not met under the above conditions will be approved.

    PRODUCT CHANGES UNDER WARRANTY
    The guarantee does not apply to:

    Destruction of the product
    Signs of wear
    Defects resulting from incorrect, improper and careless use of the product
    The item you wish to return must be undamaged, in its original packaging and with all accessories included. Otherwise, your complaint will be rejected or partially resolved.
